How it works
Secure your Total Environment home with just 10% down. A housing loan of 75% is arranged with no pre-EMIs to worry about.
70% is disbursed as a home loan. Total Environment pays the pre-EMI in full on your behalf throughout the construction period.
Pay 15% at handover and move in. Live in your home for 6 months — we continue paying the pre-EMI while you experience it.
Stay, rent it out, resell — or return the home to us, no questions asked. Once you decide to keep it, the bank releases the final 5% and your loan repayment begins.
